Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

To ensure your Pumpkin Spice Banana Bread turns out perfectly moist and flavorful, make sure your bananas are very ripe, as they add natural sweetness and moisture.
