  • 1 Medium saucepan
  • 1 Skillet
  • 1 slotted spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups water
  • 4 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 12 frozen dumplings
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cups chopped bok choy
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium heat.
  • Add instant ramen noodles to the pot and cook for 3 minutes or until al dente.
  • Remove noodles with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and add frozen dumplings.
  • Cook dumplings for 8-10 minutes or until fully heated through.
  • In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add mushrooms and carrots to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in bok choy and cook until wilted.
  • Pour soy sauce and chili oil into the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Add the cooked noodles and dumplings to the skillet and toss with the vegetable mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider making a broth by simmering chicken or vegetable stock with the ginger and garlic before adding the dumplings and vegetables. You can customize this dish by adding other vegetables like bell peppers or bean sprouts. If you prefer a spicier dish, increase the amount of chili oil or add a dash of sriracha.
