Equipment

  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Measuring spoons set
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Oven

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  • Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  • Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure the potato wedges are spaced out on the baking sheet to allow even airflow. You can also flip the wedges halfway through the baking time to ensure they cook evenly on all sides. Adjust the seasoning to your taste, and consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
