Notes

When preparing rice noodle soup, it is crucial to not overcook the noodles as they can become mushy; soaking them beforehand helps to ensure they are perfectly tender. Additionally, you can customize the soup with your favorite vegetables or proteins, such as shrimp or tofu, for added flavor and texture. Always taste the broth before serving and adjust the seasoning as needed to suit your preference.
