Notes

For best results, use fresh, organic rose petals that are free from pesticides. The quality of rose water can greatly affect the flavor, so opt for high-quality rose water for a more aromatic jam. The jam can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two months and is delicious served with scones, toast, or as a filling for pastries.
