Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 10 ounces Rotel drained
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Bits
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and drained Rotel.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and bacon bits to the mixture.
  • Mix in the garlic powder and black pepper until everything is well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  • Place the balls on a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate the cream cheese balls for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For a firmer texture, allow the cream cheese balls to rest in the refrigerator overnight. You can roll the balls in additional shredded cheese or chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture before serving. These make-ahead appetizers are perfect for parties and can be served with crackers or vegetables for dipping.
