Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground sausage
  • 10 ounce Canned Rotel tomatoes
  • 16 ounce Cheese, Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
  • Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  • Add Rotel tomatoes, Velveeta cheese cubes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
  • Stir the mixture until the cheese is fully melted and ingredients are well combined.
  • Serve immediately or transfer to a slow cooker to keep warm for serving.

Notes

For best results, use a non-stick skillet to prevent sticking and burning. If you prefer a spicier dip, consider choosing a spicier variety of Rotel tomatoes or adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mix. Additionally, you can substitute ground turkey or beef for the sausage if desired. Keeping the dip warm in a slow cooker makes it an excellent option for parties and gatherings.
