Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup black olives pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the mixed salad greens in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion to the bowl.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and sliced black olives over the salad.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the large bowl.
  • Toss the salad gently using a salad serving spoon to combine all ingredients.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of lemon juice to the dressing for a refreshing citrus kick. Additionally, using high-quality olive oil can enhance the overall taste of the salad. If you prefer a milder onion flavor, soak the sliced red onions in cold water for a few minutes before adding them to the salad.
