Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams salmon fillet skinless and boneless
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized nugget pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
  • Dip each salmon piece into the egg mixture and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated salmon nuggets on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon nuggets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. Ensure the salmon pieces are of uniform size for even cooking. You can serve these nuggets with a dipping sauce like tartar sauce or a lemon aioli for added flavor.
