Notes

To ensure the salmon pinwheel holds its shape, make sure to roll the salmon tightly and use toothpicks to secure it if needed. This dish can be enhanced by adding a layer of spinach leaves inside the roll for extra flavor and nutrients. Adjust seasoning to your taste, and feel free to experiment with different herbs or spices to complement the salmon.
