Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Frying pan
  • 1 Wooden spoon
  • 10 Skewer
  • 1 Plate lined with paper towels

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams chicken breast minced
  • 50 grams tapioca flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 liter water for boiling
  • 100 grams bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, tapioca flour, egg, garlic, salt, and white pepper powder.
  • Mix the ingredients well until a smooth dough is formed.
  • Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it around a skewer.
  • Repeat the process until all the mixture is used.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently boil the skewers for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the skewers from the water and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  • Coat each skewer with bread crumbs.
  • Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the skewers until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain the fried skewers on a plate lined with paper towels.

Notes

For extra tips, ensure the chicken mixture is well combined to avoid falling apart during frying. If the mixture is too sticky, dampen your hands with water when shaping the skewers. Adjust seasoning according to personal preference and serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.
