For best results, use very soft cream cheese so it blends smoothly, and finely shred the chicken so every bite is creamy and cohesive; you can adjust the heat level by adding more or less buffalo sauce, or stir in a pinch of cayenne for extra kick. This dip can also be made in the microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each, until hot.
