Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds pork loin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Rub the pork loin with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Place the pork loin in the crockpot.
  • In a small bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
  • Pour the mixture over the pork loin in the crockpot.
  • Add sliced onion and minced garlic around the pork loin.
  • Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat.
  • Cook for 6 hours until the pork is tender and fully cooked.
  • Remove the pork loin from the crockpot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the pork slices with the sauce from the crockpot.

Notes

For best results, make sure not to open the crockpot lid during cooking as it releases heat and increases cooking time. Adjust seasoning to taste and consider adding vegetables like carrots or potatoes for a complete meal.
