Equipment

  • 1 Grill
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 measuring spoon set
  • 1 Small bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine smoked paprika, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  • Place the wings on the preheated grill using tongs.
  • Cook the wings for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have a nice char.
  • Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the wings in the spice mixture for at least an hour before grilling. Keep an eye on the grill temperature to avoid burning the wings. Adjust the cayenne pepper according to your preferred level of spiciness. If you want smokier wings, use wood chips in the grill for added flavor.
