Notes

Adjust the level of spiciness by varying the amount of chili paste according to your preference. To enhance the umami flavor, consider adding a dash of fish sauce or miso paste to the broth. Use fresh noodles if available for a more authentic taste. To make the dish more colorful, add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
