  • 1 Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Stir in the spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and mix all ingredients well.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For the best texture, ensure the spinach is thoroughly drained to avoid a watery dip. You can also add a dash of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or substitute Greek yogurt for a healthier option. Serve with tortilla chips, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
