Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf Sourdough bread
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup Marinated artichoke hearts chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the sourdough loaf into a grid pattern without cutting all the way through.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and artichokes.
  • Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff the cheese and spinach mixture into the bread cuts.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the bread.
  • Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For the best results, choose a hearty sourdough loaf that can hold the fillings without breaking apart. Ensure that the cheese mixture is evenly distributed within the bread cuts for a consistent flavor in every bite. Serve the bread warm to enjoy the gooey cheese and the crisp bread exterior.
