Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast to the wok and stir-fry until cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.
  • Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the wok with the vegetables.
  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the wok and stir well to combine.
  • Add garlic and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for an additional minute.
  • Sprinkle chopped green onions over the stir fry and toss to combine.
  • Remove the wok from heat and let the stir fry rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure that all ingredients are prepped and ready before starting the cooking process, as stir frying is a quick cooking method. Keep the wok hot to achieve a nice sear on the ingredients, and maintain a constant stirring motion to prevent burning. Adjust the seasoning to taste, and feel free to add or substitute vegetables based on preference and availability.
