Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 box stovetop stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, water, eggs, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and press it down evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Spread the ketchup mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the meatloaf from the oven and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a juicier meatloaf, consider using a mix of ground beef and ground pork. You can also add shredded cheese for extra flavor. If you prefer a sweeter glaze, add a tablespoon of brown sugar to the ketchup mixture. Always check the internal temperature to ensure it's cooked through, aiming for at least 160°F (71°C).
