Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box 15.25 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread the sliced strawberries evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries in dollops.
  • Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the cream cheese and strawberries.
  • Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  • Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Allow the cake to cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

To ensure the best texture and flavor, use fresh strawberries and make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing it with the sugar and vanilla. You can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream on top for an extra indulgent dessert.
