Equipment

  • 1 slow cooker
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 spoon for stirring

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup chili sauce

Instructions

  • Place the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the grape jelly and chili sauce until smooth.
  • Pour the grape jelly and chili sauce mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  • Stir the meatballs to coat them evenly with the sauce.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.
  • Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking and coating.
  • Once cooked, let the meatballs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm as an appetizer or over rice or pasta as a main dish.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider adding a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce mixture. If you prefer a homemade touch, you can use fresh meatballs instead of frozen ones, adjusting the cooking time as needed. Stirring occasionally during cooking ensures even flavor distribution and prevents sticking.
