Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, almond flour, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.
  • Add almond butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the mixture.
  • Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Fold in chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For the best texture, make sure the sweet potatoes are thoroughly mashed and free of lumps before mixing them with the other ingredients. You can adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of maple syrup or trying a different sweetener. If you prefer a fudgier brownie, consider adding a bit more almond butter or chocolate chips.
