Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 clove garlic minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 15 oz
  • 1 can kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 3 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
  • Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
  • Drain excess fat from the pot.
  • Stir in taco seasoning, ensuring the beef is well-coated.
  • Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, beef broth, and water to the pot.
  • Stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

For the best results, use fresh, high-quality ingredients and adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can add toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped cilantro for extra flavor.
