Ingredients
  

  • 1 block firm tofu pressed and drained
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pressed tofu into small cubes on the cutting board.
  • In the mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the tofu cubes to the mixing bowl and gently toss to coat them in the marinade.
  • Transfer the marinated tofu into a sealed container.
  • Refrigerate the tofu for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve the tofu feta as an appetizer or use it in salads and wraps.

Notes

For best results, ensure the tofu is well-pressed to remove excess moisture, which helps it absorb the marinade better. If you prefer a stronger flavor, let the tofu marinate overnight. Adjust the seasoning to taste, adding more herbs or spices if desired.
