  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 plastic wrap

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir in the diced bell peppers, sliced black olives, and chopped green onions until evenly mixed.
  • Lay out one tortilla on the cutting board and spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
  • Repeat the spreading and rolling process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • After resting, remove the plastic wrap from the tortillas.
  • Use a knife to slice each tortilla log into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately or keep refrigerated until serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to make spreading easier. Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite ingredients, such as sliced turkey or ham, to create different flavor combinations. These pinwheels are perfect for parties and gatherings, as they can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until needed.
