Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices whole-grain bread
  • 3 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 apple thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 leaf lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Lay out the slices of bread on a cutting board.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread and Dijon mustard on the other slice.
  • Place the lettuce leaf on the slice with mayonnaise.
  • Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the lettuce.
  • Arrange the apple slices evenly over the turkey.
  • Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread, mustard side down.
  • Cut the sandwich in half and serve on a plate.
