Ingredients
  

  • 4 flour tortillas large
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 pound turkey breast sliced
  • 8 slice bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/4 cup tomato diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese layer.
  • Layer sliced turkey breast over the cheese.
  • Evenly distribute crumbled bacon on top of the turkey layer.
  • Add shredded lettuce and diced tomato over the bacon.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Chill the wrapped rolls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Slice each chilled roll into pinwheels and arrange on a serving platter.

Notes

To ensure the pinwheels hold their shape, make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for easier spreading, and the tortillas are tightly rolled. Chilling them helps to firm up the rolls, making them easier to slice. You can customize the filling by adding your favorite vegetables or different types of cheese to suit your taste preferences.
