Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes undrained
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños diced, optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the cubed Velveeta cheese into the crock pot.
  • Pour the Rotel tomatoes over the cheese.
  • Add milk and chili powder to the crock pot.
  • Stir the ingredients together gently to combine.
  • Cover the crock pot and set it to low heat.
  • Cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Once the cheese is fully melted, add chopped cilantro and diced jalapeños if desired.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Turn off the crock pot and let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a smoother texture, ensure to stir the dip occasionally during the cooking process. Adjust the heat setting if your crock pot cooks unevenly. You can add cooked ground beef or sausage for a heartier dip, and remember to taste and adjust the seasoning before serving to match your preference.
