Ingredients
  

  • 32 ounces Velveeta cheese block cubed
  • 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes with green chilies undrained
  • 1 pound ground beef cooked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Place the cubed Velveeta cheese in the crockpot.
  • Add the Rotel tomatoes with green chilies on top of the cheese.
  • Add the cooked and drained ground beef into the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the ingredients.
  • Stir all the ingredients together to combine.
  • Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to low heat.
  • Cook the mixture for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through, turn off the crockpot.
  • Let the dip rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Extra Tips: For a spicier version, add extra chopped jalapeños or use a hotter variety of Rotel tomatoes. You can also substitute ground beef with ground turkey or sausage for a different flavor profile. Make sure to stir occasionally while cooking to prevent the cheese from sticking to the bottom of the crockpot. Serve the dip with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or bread for a delightful party appetizer.
