Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  • Chop the fresh mint leaves and sprinkle them over the watermelon and feta.
  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad ingredients.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Make sure to use a ripe and seedless watermelon for the best flavor and ease of preparation. Adjust the amount of feta cheese according to your taste preference, and feel free to add other ingredients like sliced cucumbers or red onions for added texture and flavor.
