Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup feta cheese cubed
  • 16 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon and feta cheese into similar-sized cubes.
  • Thread one cube of watermelon, one mint leaf, and one cube of feta cheese onto a skewer.
  • Repeat the process until all ingredients are used and skewers are prepared.
  • Drizzle the assembled skewers with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper over the skewers.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For a more flavorful experience, try using flavored feta cheese or adding a sprinkle of chili flakes for a spicy kick. Ensure the skewers are well-balanced by cutting the watermelon and feta into equal sizes for even distribution of flavors. If preparing ahead of time, store the skewers in the refrigerator and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze just before serving.
