Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Feta cheese crumbled
  • 60 grams Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper ground
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place the feta cheese and Greek yogurt in a food processor.
  • Add the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and honey to the processor.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  • Add black pepper and blend again briefly to combine.
  • Transfer the whipped feta into a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with fresh dill before serving.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavors of the dip. If the dip is too thick, you can add a little more olive oil or a splash of water to reach your desired consistency. Serve the dip with warm pita bread or fresh vegetables for a delightful appetizer.
