  • 1 medium mixing bowl
  • 1 Rubber spatula
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 Measuring spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounce feta cheese crumbled
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place the crumbled feta cheese in the food processor.
  • Add olive oil, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic to the processor.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with black pepper and pulse a few more times.
  • Transfer the whipped feta dip to a medium mixing bowl using a rubber spatula.
  • If desired, fold in fresh dill and fresh mint with the spatula.
  • Serve the dip immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, try using a high-quality feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil. The dip can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Serve with warm pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables for a delightful appetizer.
