Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams wonton wrappers
  • 300 grams ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 150 grams egg noodles
  • 1.5 liters chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 100 grams bok choy chopped
  • 2 spring onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and white pepper.
  • Place a teaspoon of pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper and fold to seal.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook egg noodles until tender, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  • Add wontons to the broth and cook until they float to the surface.
  • Add bok choy to the pot and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Divide cooked noodles into serving bowls.
  • Use a slotted spoon to transfer wontons and bok choy into each bowl.
  • Ladle hot broth over the noodles and wontons in each bowl.
  • Garnish with sliced spring onions before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure that the wonton wrappers are sealed tightly to prevent them from opening during cooking. Adjust the seasoning in the broth according to your taste preference, and feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or carrots for additional flavor and nutrition.
